Adrian Hill

Adrian joined the Harvest Green team in September 2023. He is relatively new to the Solar coaster as he’s only been in the industry for roughly 6 years now. He started his journey as a labourer on the roof in a domestic setting helping to manoeuvre solar panels into place at roof top level. At the same time, he decided to retrain and become a qualified electrician so he could understand the internal work in addition to the roof top installation. Now with 6 years gone, he is a qualified electrician with rooftop installation experience and electrical experience. He has used this to move up the chain and now finds himself as a project manager of some larger scale solar installations and enjoys making the planet greener one panel at a time or several.
When he’s not on the roof top enjoying the great British weather overlooking solar installation, you will find Adrian on a Rugby field somewhere in the Midlands with a youth rugby team he coaches alongside some other passionate coaches. He really loves the sense of achievement when they play well, and all come together an support each other.
