In June, our team took part in Reset Connect 2025, one of the UK’s most important sustainability events and a key fixture during London Climate Action Week. Held at the ExCeL London, the event brought together people from all areas of the sustainability space. From established businesses and public sector leaders to students and start-ups, everyone was there with a shared purpose to learn, connect, and help drive progress towards net zero.
We were proud to be one of the only renewable energy exhibitors at the event. As a business that specialises in commercial solar and battery storage, Reset Connect gave us the perfect platform to speak with professionals who are committed to lowering carbon emissions and improving energy resilience across their sites.

Over the two-day event, our team had the chance to speak with hundreds of attendees. The mix was broad and gave us valuable insight into how different industries are thinking about renewable energy. We met with sustainability managers who are actively seeking ways to reduce carbon across large-scale sites, as well as company directors looking for cost-effective ways to future-proof their energy supply.
There were also many conversations with university students from across the UK. They were curious, engaged, and keen to explore career options and learning opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Their interest in the industry was a clear sign that sustainability is becoming a bigger focus in both education and career planning.
We’re always happy to share what we know and talk about how the industry is evolving, so these conversations were a highlight for us. The future of clean energy depends on knowledge sharing, and Reset Connect gave us a great space to do just that.
One of the best parts of Reset Connect is the quality of the speakers and panel sessions. Spread across several themed stages, industry experts took to the floor to discuss everything from green finance and sustainable investment to energy innovation, supply chain transparency and decarbonisation policy.

The talks were informative and grounded in real-world insights. Many focused on how businesses can move from talking about net zero to actually making changes. For us, this tied in directly with the work we do helping companies reduce energy use and emissions through commercial solar and storage systems that are designed around their specific needs.
What we took from these sessions is that businesses, both large and small, are under growing pressure to deliver on sustainability. Whether it’s coming from customers, investors or regulation, the expectation is clear. It’s not enough to make promises – action is what counts.
We were grateful for the warm response at our stand. Our team – Greg, James, Amy and Sam – spent the full two days speaking with visitors, offering advice, and answering questions about solar and battery systems for commercial use. We handed out our sustainable goody bags and had genuine, enthusiastic conversations about how renewable energy can play a role in a company’s wider environmental strategy.
What stood out was the level of interest from businesses of all sizes. We spoke with large corporations managing multi-site operations, right through to local organisations taking their first steps into energy transformation. Everyone we met was looking for practical ways to become more sustainable and that’s exactly where our work comes in.

Many of the people we spoke to at Reset Connect were ready to take the next step towards renewable energy. Some had already run energy audits and were now exploring solar and battery options, some have DNO approval for installations, while others were at the early stages and simply wanted to better understand what’s possible.
We know that each business is different. That’s why we offer tailored advice, without pressure. Whether it’s a single-site solar project or a full rollout across multiple locations, we work closely with clients to help them reduce energy costs and meet sustainability targets in a way that makes sense for them.
Events like Reset Connect remind us why we do what we do. They show us that the appetite for change is real and that many businesses are no longer asking whether they should switch to renewables, they’re asking when and how.

If you joined us at Reset Connect, thank you. We truly appreciated every conversation and every person who took the time to learn more about what we offer. If you weren’t able to attend but are interested in how commercial solar or battery storage could help your business, we’re always happy to talk.
There’s no pressure and no hard sell, just an open conversation about how we can support your sustainability goals. With energy prices still uncertain and carbon targets becoming more urgent, now is a good time to explore what renewable energy could mean for your organisation.
